The paint is dry, the shelves are stocked, and the burners are lit. Candelaria, the taqueria and cocktail bar that Cheri and I helped design opens its doors tomorrow and we'd love to spend opening night with you. Chef Luis, born in mexico, trained in france will be making tacos until 22h, and artisanal cocktails will be poured by Josh and Carina (experimental cocktail club, curio parlor) all night.
In addition to great food and drinks we were fortunate to get to collaborate with a lot of great people to fill the space with beautiful objects including: Keren Richter, Amy Jo Diaz, Ashley Helvey, Adeline Vengud, Mary Manning, Jacqueline Booth Di Milia, Alison Reid, Confetti system, Clarisse Demory, Adrian Rubi-Dentzel and Jacky Georges.
